Salary: Up to £48,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on split systems and HVAC equipment.

* Manage a portfolio of commercial contracts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

* Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to optimize system performance.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
