Job Description
Salary: 50-55k + Company Car / Car Allowance + Annual Bonus
Location: Home based with travel to sites when required

What you'll be doing:
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the construction of recycling and waste treatment assets from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to agreed specifications. Conduct risk assessments and implement stakeholder management plans.
Operational Excellence: Implement and manage project activities according to company standards, promoting high safety and environmental practices. Optimise project margins while driving continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including management, contractors, and clients. Ensure effective project reporting and collaboration to achieve goals.
Project Monitoring and Quality Control: Conduct inspections, monitor costs and progress, and ensure quality control measures are in place. Verify compliance with contracts through necessary testing and quality assurance.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address unexpected issues, make appropriate decisions in line with company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project progress and delivery

The ability to manage and lead a project from start to finish
Excellent communication with key stakeholders
Experience within incident investigation and implementing corrective actions
CDM awareness
Experience within construction project management
