Recruitment Consultant Healthcare
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000 basic plus excellent commission structure!
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Type: Permanent Full-time position

Responsibilities:
Manage the candidate journey from interview to post-start follow-ups with clients.
Build relationships with clients, candidates, and compliance teams.
Qualify potential candidates and send applications to clients.
Create job adverts and source candidates from job boards and other avenues.
Prepare candidates for interviews.
Sell our services to potential clients and build a presence within the healthcare sector.
Take a consultative approach with clients and candidates.
Shift bookings
Paid On call duties on a rota basis
Skills Required:
Motivation to complete tasks.
Driving licence and access to own car.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in speaking on the phone.
Proven track record of consistent billings within permanent or temporary recruitment.
Knowledge of social media.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
A commutable distance from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
