Credit Controller
£12.50 per hour
Glasgow

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Are you a confident and experienced Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role to support the company over the busy Christmas period.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets.
* Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
* Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
* Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
* Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers.
* Meet and exceed KPIs.
* Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts.
* Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings.
* Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker.
* Follow up on missed or short payments.

What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in finance systems
* Competency with Microsoft Excel
