Sales Controller
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days:
* Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm
* Sat: 10am-6pm
* Sun: 10am-4pm
Salary: £30,000 basic, uncapped commission, OTE up to £60,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Igloo is recruiting an experienced Sales Controller on behalf of a prominent car retailer in Hinckley. In this role, you will lead and support the sales team, ensure site performance meets company standards, and help drive overall success in a high-volume used car environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily performance of the site.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Assist the sales team in closing deals and increasing sales of value-added products.
* Audit sales processes and financial documents to ensure full compliance.
* Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience in used car retail and sales management.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Organised, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Passionate about delivering results and maintaining high standards.
* Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
* FCA accredited or willing to undertake training.
* Previous experience in car supermarket or volume used car management is preferred.
Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000.
* Uncapped commission potential, with OTE up to £60,000.
* 28 days of holiday.
