Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a top consultancy

Navartis is working with a Top UK Consultancy who operate in Construction and Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major projects across the UK.

You would join their team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Belfast office and work on large construction projects.

They have completed numerous major projects around the UK and have some prestigious projects in Northern Ireland that they are currently working on, projects include; commercial buildings, university buildings, mixed use. office blocks, retail and airports.

Experience required:

• Construction Sector background.
• 5 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience working with public and private sector clients
• Strong time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree (Desirable)
• Chartered (Desirable)

Duties include:

• Lead and manage all commercials of allocated project or projects
• Dealing with and working alongside the Main Contractor
• Manage the client relationship
• Providing post contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Applying JCT/NEC Contract
• Prepare Estimates/Cost Plans/Tender Documents/Tender Reports

My client is also open to hearing from Quantity Surveyor's who are looking for their next step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

Hybrid working - 2 days working from home

£55,000 to £68,000 depending on your experience level
