Our client, SCG - Southern Communications Group have been bringing people and technology together since 1965. With HQ in Dummer near Basingstoke, Hampshire they encompass a variety of subsidiary businesses that all have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and as a group, they specialise in the delivery of services across the spectrum of communications technology.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced and robust Client Relations Advisor to join their busy team. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role - carrying out administrative and customer service tasks to support multiple functions within the organisation.

Client Relations Advisor, the role:

• Supporting Customer Leaving department
• Assessing the case to understand the customer current situation
• Making decisions on best course of action
• Engaging with customer to find an ideal solution for both parties
• Confirming any balance of contract charges payable and tracking outstanding charges until the payment is received
• Checking that all services associated to the customer account have been correctly ceased for billing and there are no ongoing, external charges to the business
• Arranging Service Retention Fees as and when required
• Managing Credit Control Escalations

Client Relations Advisor, the person:

• Previous experience in delivering the best possible customer experience service would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-Motivated, resilient and driven
• Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Flair
• Detail orientated, proactive and great problem solver
• IT literate, including Microsoft Package
• Team Player
