Our client is seeking a Chef Manager to join the team and lead the kitchen during this exciting period of change for the business. As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for driving the food offering forward, as well as overseeing food preparation and ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. A background in contract catering is ideal, and a clear enhanced DBS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
• Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain health and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen budgets and inventory control
