Social Media Executive - Connect Fibre


Work from home with regular team meetups


£25,000-£30,000 DOE plus Excellent Benefits

At Connect Fibre, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionise and transform UK towns and villages by giving them super-fast, reliable fibre broadband.


The Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support our customer marketing strategy by leading and executing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, sales and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the social media calendar, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms
  • Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel, ensuring a unified and compelling

brand presence.

  • Executing growth strategies such as campaigns, competitions, and promotions with regular A/B testing
  • Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to help grow brand awareness and reach
  • Monitor competitor and industry social media channels for trending news and ideas
  • Track and analyse campaign performance
  • Support new product launches across the business.
  • Brief engaging content to our in-house design team and external agencies.
  • Drive customer adoption by supporting and executing consumer marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Telesales, Field sales and Customer service to ensure all areas of the business have visibility of marketing activity.
  • Remain customer centric ensuring all work delivers a customer focussed experience


The Candidate:


  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience in Social Media (Telco/Alt-net preferred not essential)
  • Experience with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok)
  • Keen focus on self-guided learning and development
  • Creative flair and an eye for great imagery
  • Articulate, with excellent grammar and spelling for the purposes of customer content across social channels
  • Project Management skills and ability to multi-task whilst keeping to deadlines.
  • A confident communicator with influencing skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
  • Digitally-savvy, thrive on building relationships and customer campaigns.
  • A loyal and reliable team player.
  • Ability to think differently, outside the box and on your own initiative.
