Top rated firm is looking for a talented Intellectual Property Associate to join their growing IP practice in Exeter.

In this role, working closely with the Head of IP, you will be able to gain exposure to a range of both non-contentious and contentious IP matters including IP protection and copyrights, trade mark registrations, IP portfolio management and enforcement. The quality of the work is excellent, with the team advising a portfolio of clients operating across sectors including food and drink, luxury fashion, hospitality, retail and technology.

The firm's IP expertise is all encompassing, covering all aspects of intellectual property such as patents, designs, copyright, trade marks, databases, passing off, parallel importing, anti-counterfeiting, confidentiality, and media.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading IP practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach.
