Job Description
We are excited to support a leading and rapidly expanding company in the food industry in their search for a Sales Account Manager. This South West-based role will be responsible for delivering results, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving growth within the UK market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage sales growth across independent clients, distributors, and major retail partners.
- Lead, inspire, and support sales operatives and order processing staff to generate new business.
- Supervise goods dispatch to ensure seamless operations and high customer service standards, including stock levels, fulfillment providers, courier management, and returns handling.
- Identify opportunities to further grow and enhance existing customer relationships.
- Compile and present monthly sales performance reports
- Make strategic decisions that prioritize company profitability and uphold the brand’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales AE or Junior AM
- Strong skills in customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service.
- Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Proven sales experience within the food/ drink sector - desirable
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
