Our retail client are looking for a PMO Manager to join them for a 6 month contract initially. They are looking for someone who can support a Tech Modernisation programme transforming IT Infrastructure to cloud technology.
Key requirements are Jira experience (ideally being an advanced user), and being comfortable with complex finances and pulling together multiple plans into roadmaps.
Accountabilities
- Support the Programme Manager to build and maintain the high level plans within the technology modernisation programme including quarterly planning cycle,
- Lead on RAID management across the programme – ensure risks, issues, dependencies are properly being managed and that accurate records are being maintained (Jira/Planview)
- Ownership of resource management across the programme
- Co-ordination of fortnightly programme status reporting, ensuring all squads have submitted their updates, and then producing a first draft of summary information and progress charts
- Management of finances and SOWs
