Senior Sales Executive for a IT Services Organization

- Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion
- Location is flexible, can be based anywhere in England
The Role:
- Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
- New Business Sales Role
- Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population
- Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business
- Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team
The Candidate:
- Experience in selling IT Services, Azure Services, Software Development Services, Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, etc.
- Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m
- High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture
- Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level
- Well versed in agile and lean practices
The Company:
- Digital transformation/cloud/agile software dev/software and product development/ML
- Turnover £40 million
- Clients in Media/Finance /Retail/Telco
Base £100-110k OTE £200k+
Location - Anywhere in England
