Unique opportunity to run one of the largest retail buildings in Europe. We are actively inviting applications from those with either very large scale single site FM experience (this could be a major airport or an ultra high footfall shopping centre) or those currently overseeing significant multi site FM operations with a heavy multi site retail bias, ideally as the Senior Facilities Manager for one of the national retail operators or supermarket chains.

You must be able to demonstrate direct ownership of large scale multi million pound budgets in your current role of at least £30m - £40m PA, have a proven track record of strong internal & external stakeholder relationships & have driven world class sustainability targets in your current/previous roles.
