Senior Block Manager

I am working for a successful managing agent based in zone South West London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.

Location: SW London (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance
• Overseeing major works and serving Section 20 notices
• Site visits to ensure good building condition
• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

• Significant experience managing a large leasehold portfolio
• TPI Qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and communicative skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience

This position is open to Senior Property Managers, and Property Managers looking to take a step up.
