Office-based position in Fareham, easily commutable from Portsmouth and Southampton.

About this role:
Client relationship management: Interacting with existing and prospect clients to build and nurture positive relationships, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate sourcing and networking: Utilise platforms like LinkedIn to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
Advertising and marketing vacancies: Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Interview and selection process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
Negotiation and finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with both clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalise placement details to secure successful hires.
Performance and target achievement: Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.What we expect from you:
