CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and high-growth e-commerce business near Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead. As the FP&A Lead, you will work closely with the Finance Director to deliver financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis that drives key decision-making. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s financial strategy and aligning it with its goals. With exposure to senior management and an opportunity to impact a rapidly growing brand, this role is ideal for an experienced financial professional seeking a challenge in a creative, high-energy environment.
What will the FP&A Lead role involve?
Partnering with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and preparing rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and market changes.
Delivering detailed monthly management accounts and board reporting packs to guide strategic decisions.
Designing and maintaining financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Collaborating with senior management and department heads to enhance understanding of performance metrics versus budget.
Supporting the business in its e-commerce operations, including working with multi-currency transactions and inventory management.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Lead vacancy:
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models.
Proven experience in managing multi-currency transactions, particularly within a stock-based business.
