Job Description
Hyde is looking to recruit a Surveyor on a 10 month fixed term contract.

As a Surveyor at Hyde, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent housing maintenance service, focusing on inspections, managing complaints, and ensuring the highest standards in building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct responsive pre and post inspections related to building maintenance.
* Manage damp and mould issues effectively, ensuring compliance with environmental health standards.
* Utilise the new TMC system for reporting and documentation.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Produce technical reports, appraisals, and estimates as required.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify any risks associated with repairs.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum qualification: HND or HNC.
* Previous experience in social housing.
* Essential experience with damp and mould complaint management.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
