Essential Experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A basic knowledge of electrics, hydraulics and electronics and an understanding of basic CAN-BUS architecture
* A passion for precision guidance and automation technologies
* High level of computer literacy

Tallis Amos Group are looking to expand our team with the hiring of a Precision Technology Specialist. We offer structured training, learning and development and we are hoping to recruit a candidate who shares our passion for all things farming and technology.
The job will combine the installation and commissioning of bespoke and ready-made Precision Technology Solutions for our agricultural & turf customers on both new and used machinery. The role will deliver full life cycle customer installation, training and support of precision technologies. Customer training, attending events to promote and demonstrate precision technologies in addition to providing ongoing support to the sales team with your subject matter expertise form the core accountabilities within this role.
Applicants should have previous experience of working with mainline agricultural or turf machinery and ideally be familiar with John Deere products. As such, they should be comfortable working on hydraulics, electronics and general mechanical assemblies. The job will have significant customer facing responsibility as the face of TAG so applicants should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. The work will suit a person with an analytical mindset with an aptitude for problem solving and excellent computer literacy.
You will be provided with the specialist tools to complete each job to the highest standard as well as a company vehicle, laptop and phone.
