We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and creative European Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Officer to join the Corporate & Internal Communications team. If you love crafting compelling stories and organising employee events, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Create and deliver relevant, engaging and meaningful copy and content to drive awareness, understanding and engagement with employees across Europe.
- Support the team to plan and deliver employee engagement events
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and agencies to deliver projects end-to-end, including design, production, translation and activation of communications, content and events.
- Co-ordinate a rolling calendar of content to feed all internal communications channels.
- Produce presentations, reports, guidelines and updates to inform and engage key stakeholders
- Promote a consistent brand look and feel and tone of voice across all internal communication channels
- Support the management of the internal communications budget.
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid communications skills and experience, especially in copywriting, content & video production and delivering events
- Strong planning and organising skills, a self-starter who’s focused on delivering results
- Able to build productive working relationships; a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- A passion for retail and a love for staying on top of the latest industry trends.
