Full Job Description:

Shift Patterns: Rotating schedule, including 4 weeks of nights (4 PM-2 AM) and 1 week of days (8 AM-6 PM)
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of street lighting systems, including LED upgrades, lamp replacements, and fault finding.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of streetlight electrical issues using wiring schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
Carry out electrical testing to ensure streetlight systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Install, connect, and maintain electrical wiring for street lighting circuits and related control systems.
Respond promptly to reports of outages or faults, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption.
Work on a variety of public and private sector projects, including roads, highways, and pedestrian zones.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Requirements

18th Edition Certification
NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
AM2 Qualification
2391 Testing & Inspection Certification
Experience working on street lighting or similar outdoor electrical systems is highly desirable.
Full UK Driving License
