Job Description
Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Mayfair, London - Temporary - Immediate start
CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in a commercial building located in Mayfair, London. The successful candidate will be mechanical qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Experience working with hot water systems/ heating systems
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing,
Water pressurization units
Calorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
Cooling towers
Boilers – re-sets
Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets etcHours of Work
08:00am - 17:00pm
Monday - Friday
Ongoing temporary contractRequirements
Mechanically qualified to Level 2 or equivalent
Commercial Building maintenance experience
Positive attitude
Multi-Skilled
