Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Electrician to join a team working for a Leicester-based social housing association. The jobs would be allocated daily, across Nottinghamshire, where you are expected to complete reactive work for tenants.
Contract Type: Long term temporary contract with the potential to become permanent after 3 months
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-day electrical maintenance tasks within occupied homes.
  • Undertake preventative works
  • Tasks such as fault-finding, replacing sockets, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
  • You must have relevant electrical qualifications including C&G Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2, 2391 inspection and testing
  • Previous experience of working in occupied properties is essential.
  • You will also require an in-date DBS, asbestos awareness and working at heights (which can be completed prior to starting).
  • You must have a valid driving licence
