Location: Newbury + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do

As Central Demand Authority you will support the Demand, Transformation and Change Manager to ensure all Network Development demand and change is managed effectively through robust governance frameworks. You will work with the Demand Management Community to assure demand is tracked, managed and reported to meet/exceed SLAs.
  • You will support the administration of both the Networks Development UK (NDUK) demand and change process, as well as manage acceptance, assessment and decision communication.
  • You will manage the pipeline of Demand with Demand Managers to exercise the process within SLA and assure compliance and effectiveness end to end.
  • You will manage the Change process by exercising the standards and controls within SLA and assure compliance and effectiveness end to end.
  • You will produce demand and change reporting, demonstrating patterns, trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • You will manage the Demand system (PEGA) and SharePoint repository for audit and transparency ensuring access to auditable and accurate information.
  • You will promote all areas to work in a common structure.
  • You will monitor adherence to process with NDUK, promoting and sponsoring through all activities.
  • You will support annual Network Evolution Planning (NEP).

  • You will have a demonstrated ability to successfully control and manage demand and change processes.
  • You will be competent in administering project and programme delivery disciplines,
  • You will be analytical with the ability to think quickly to identify trends, risks and areas of improvement.
  • You will have strong presentation and communication skills to translate data into useful information for decision making.
  • You will have the ability to influence and show resolve under pressure from internal stakeholders, and effectively challenge and question practices.
  • You will have a strong capability to define, implement and maintain reporting standards across a range of stakeholders, focusing on SLA's and criteria to assure our strategic goals and commitments.
