Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Supply Teachers to join our team in the East of England, specifically in Essex. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students in various schools within the region.
Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across different subject areas
Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of students
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Assess and evaluate student progress to inform future teaching strategies
Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:
Enhanced DBS check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Proven experience in teaching or working with students
Strong understanding of the national curriculum
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in teaching in a variety of school settings
Working Conditions:
As a Supply Teacher, you can expect to work full-time hours on a permanent basis. You will be required to travel to different schools within the East of England, so a valid driving licence and access to transportation are essential. The salary range for this position is £120 - £200 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
