Job Description
The Sales Analytics & Operations Intern will work under the Sr. Manager, Sales Analytics & Operations. You will support important sales operations processes, including sales forecasting, revenue recognition, budget management, and compensation/bonus process functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account budgets and assignments using Excel and Salesforce, adapting to changes in sales strategy and personnel.
- Help with weekly report updates to support forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
- Manually map data between systems (Showcase and Salesforce) and conduct periodic reviews to ensure accuracy in the absence of system integration.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity for forecasting and pipeline management, including error identification and resolution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Business, Economics, Finance or related field of study
- Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Experience with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience working with large application-based datasets (such as a data extraction from Salesforce)
