Job Summary:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for conducting an initial seven-day sales training class, ongoing training, and coaching for all new and existing sales consultants. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for motivating and leading sales teams to achieve success by exceeding minimum sales requirements and objectives set forth by the company. The Sales Trainer works directly with new hires and transitions them through various stages of sales development to ensure retention and long-term sales development goals and expectations are met.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for motivating and leading sales teams to achieve success by exceeding minimum sales requirements and objectives set forth by the company. The Sales Trainer works directly with new hires and transitions them through various stages of sales development to ensure retention and long-term sales development goals and expectations are met.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct sales training and successfully transition all new hires onto the sales floor.
- Coach and develop all new and existing sales consultants to ensure sales volume and efficiency goals are met.
- Consistently analyze the site's sales performance and develop action plans for improvement to achieve the site's objectives.
- Conduct sales ride evaluations and follow-up training with sales executives to ensure sales consultants follow the training process and meet company sales standards.
- Hold morning meetings, boot camps, round tables, power hour, and follow-up training sessions to train and motivate sales consultants and managers.
- Provide one-on-one counseling with sales consultants to help identify areas that need improvement and assist them with understanding and following the sales process.
- Ensure all sales consultants, managers, and support team members are up to date with new changes to the sales and training process, including technology improvements.
- Assist in the development and creation of new training programs.
- Essential daily tasks include set-up for daily training and coaching, observing and documenting sales consultant presentations, and compiling performance reports.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- A sales training background is required.
- Timeshare experience is required.
- Strong work ethic, high energy, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be competent in public speaking.
- Organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and competent in using computers.
- Must successfully pass sales trainer evaluation including demonstrating the ability to conduct group/class presentation and coaching sessions.
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Grow Sales Volume and increase sales efficiency in alignment with company objectives.
- Meet monthly sales training goals which are in alignment with company sales targets.
- Strong and proactive decision-making ability with problem-resolution skills.
- Strong goal orientation and advanced knowledge of sales concepts.
- Motivate and lead new and existing sales executives with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Unwavering integrity and strength in character.
