As a member of this team, you will work in collaboration with our sales force in supporting the organization’s worldwide customer network with technical expertise and know-how. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support customer projects in the warehouse & logistics industry with data analysis, designs, and simulations. Demonstrate a strong understanding of data, expertly identify and implement effective solutions, and manage logistics efficiently. Review, optimize, and support partners on customer concepts and solutions. Support with new releases of tests, improvements, and documentation of design tools. Deliver technical training on best practices when using design software to global distributors and the internal sales team. Improve internal operations and processes through automation of simple tasks. Proactively provide technical support for the sales organization internally and externally. This role will require some traveling. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, but open for candidates with different levels of seniority. Passion for the logistics and material handling industry. Proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. Skilled and enthusiastic presenter and trainer, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Innovative, knowledge-seeking, and curious mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Fluent in Italian & English is required, any other language a plus.
