The Team The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. The Position The TH Marketing Manager will help to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across the Italian market in line with the Global Europe Marketing strategies & Plan, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and consideration, engagement, as well as business KPIs (traffic, conversion, and sales) both in Retail, Wholesale, and e.com. Responsibilities Deliver annual marketing plan for the country in line with brand goals and business targets. Liaise on a weekly basis with the European team to align on strategy, tactics, action plans, execution & results. Partner with Retail and Wholesale functions for defining and executing effective marketing activities. Think big and proactively suggest innovative ways to gain visibility and consumer engagement within the competitive set, in line with budgets and strategies. Collaborate with local Communication, Digital, PR, Talent, and Event Teams to build an omnichannel journey to elevate brand visibility and drive qualitative traffic to the Stores. Drive CRM Initiatives collaborating with the global CRM team to deliver consumer acquisition and engagement on the territory. Assure allocated budget management within the limits set for the respective division and each project. On-going KPIs tracking and reporting campaign & activation results monitoring vs. defined goals. Provide or instruct for producing briefs for the production of materials and activations, both for Corporate and for external agencies. The Ideal Candidate A consumer-centric, ROI and data-driven approach (see efforts link to traffic/conversion/sales) combined with a creative mindset to connect and engage with our consumers in a relevant manner. Strong communication skills and project management, with the ability to build articulated omnichannel projects. A can-do and entrepreneurial mentality, willingness to raise the bar and keep on learning. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced goal-oriented context. Strong interest in fashion and premium brands. You Bring Minimum 7/8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably operating in retail-oriented companies (prior experience in fashion is not a must). A University or similar degree in marketing/economics or related fields. International, matrixed, and multi-layered environment background. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Italian.
