We are looking for a Factory Controller Manager for our San Bonifacio site reporting to Factory Manager and is part of local management team. The work as a Factory controller includes being part of the management team within Operations San Bonifacio, as well as supporting the work with strategic plans for the future. Who you are Self-starter with a hands-on mentality Possess good communication skills with a business and engineering understanding Good at networking, curious, flexible, logical, conscientious, proactive, and problem-solving oriented Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders Have a great desire to learn Proactive attitude Customer-oriented with good social skills Interest in IT systems About the job Your main responsibilities will be: Provide consolidated data figures for monthly reports Control factory costs and ensure alignment in the systems Manage the Budget & Forecast process Ensure accuracy of financial information used to support the improvement of operational related processes Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings Weekly monitoring of factory performance key figures and KPIs Conduct actual vs. standard cost variance analysis Perform spot/exceptional data extraction and analysis Actively participate in periodical and year-end inventory controls Coordinate the team Manage financial reporting and follow-up Handle administrative questions of the financial transactions in the ERP system Support the local management team with financial topics What you know Finance/Economical background Business acumen, and experience in the Operations field Team player Experience with project management Good communication skills and knowledge of financial tools, strong Excel capability At least 5-6 years of experience in international technical accounting Fluent in written and spoken English Strong understanding and analytical skills on financial figures High competence in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) Good competence with IT systems Location : San Bonifacio (VR) J-18808-Ljbffr
