We’re currently looking for an Associate Director, Offering & Client Service Responsibilities: Develops and executes successful strategic plan to address major competitive threats, providing competitive information to sales and marketing management. Participates in the design and development of the Information solutions strategy for the Retail segment. Design and development of the Retail and Consumer Health offering including E-Commerce solutions liaising with the dedicated Global Team. Development of the pricing policy for the Information solutions. Supervising the Customer service supporting Data Analysis services. Develops and manages relationships with strategic external partners. Acts as an advisor on industry issues, trends and IQVIA capabilities. Desired Qualifications and Experience: MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement. 9 years previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong customer account management and servicing, communication and listening, organizational, analytical/problem solving, negotiating, and account development & planning/presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Pharmaceutical marketplace & industry business knowledge. Expertise and creativity to solve problems. Able to lead teams effectively.
