Job Description The next Multisite Operations Director, reporting directly to the CEO and having around 10 functional reports for each location, will be responsible for the following tasks: Defining and implementing production budgets for the group's sites. Supervising the production activities across all industrial sites in the mechanical engineering sector to ensure efficiency and quality in accordance with planning and required quality standards. Controlling and supervising function results through data analysis and dedicated reporting to ensure KPI compliance. Defining warehouse budgets and monitoring their adherence, as well as supervising the planning of all supply chain phases to ensure a high level of On-Time Delivery. Enhancing the technical and managerial skills of direct reports through a culture of measurement and improvement is also crucial.
