Your duties will include:

• Preparing the bar and restaurant areas for breakfast service, ensuring they are fully set up and ready for guests.
• Ensuring all necessary glassware, crockery, and service items are stocked and ready for each shift.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring all areas, especially breakfast service areas, are kept in top condition throughout the day.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
