Your duties will include:

• Efficiently check guests and groups in and out, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maximise room sales and promote the hotel's food and beverage facilities.
• Provide guests with detailed information about all hotel products and services.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems is preferred.
• Answer telephones, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera PMS systems would be beneficial, but it is not essential. The ideal candidate will be Flexible for changing shift pattern including early, mid, and late shifts.
