About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Temporary Window Installer / Handyman to assist in installing window restrictors on approximately 310 windows. This short-term role requires a detail-oriented professional with their own tools who can work efficiently and independently to ensure all installations meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install window restrictors on 310 windows.
* Ensure each restrictor is securely fitted and meets safety and quality standards.
* Conduct thorough checks on each installation to confirm functionality and safety.
* Maintain an organised work area and minimise disruption to building occupants.
* Address any issues or adjustments as they arise to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid CSCS card.
* Must have own tools necessary for window restrictor installation.
* Proven experience in window installation, general maintenance, or similar handyman work.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
