The client works on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure developments, with their planning team providing end-to-end services covering site appraisals, development promotion, planning applications, and appeals.
The Position as a Principal Planner
The position as a Principal Planner is for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to further progress their career and work on exciting projects The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading major planning projects, providing strategic advice, and driving the growth of our planning division. Essential Requirements for the Principal Planner Position
RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant (RTPI)
Demonstrable relevant experience.
Member of the RTPI
Proven track record of managing complex planning projects and securing planning consent.
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
