Key Responsibilities:

• Craft innovative menus that emphasise classic British flavours, ensuring they are regularly updated to reflect seasonal availability
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
• Lead and inspire a team of chefs, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning
