Overview of the Role:
As the Centre Director at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and ensuring the efficient management of the mixed-use retail destination. Working closely with M&G, Sovereign Centros, and CBRE, you would be the ambassador for the shopping centre. The shopping centre, retail park and leisure scheme all fall within this significant remit or responsibility, and as such we are seeking a highly accomplished shopping centre professional with the gravitas and professional credentials to diligently and dynamically lead the team at this exciting time in the destinations evolution, as significant neighbourhood development takes place, providing notable opportunities for a positive effect on this, the largest indoor shopping mall experience in the southwest.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and motivate the multi-disciplinary centre management team to deliver exceptional service and meet challenging financial growth targets.
- Act as an ambassador for the Centre, developing meaningful relationships and network with key organisations and external community stakeholders.
- Develop and foster a "partnership" approach with occupiers, maintaining regular liaison at all levels, working with them to meet their own performance objectives.
- Overseeing the analysis of trading data and making strategic decisions to improve asset performance.
- Contribute to letting and retailer mix strategy, working closely with Asset Managers and Leasing Agents to ensure that centre data, consumer behaviour and relevant trends help shape commercial decision making.
This role offers the opportunity to:

The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in shopping centre manager, preferably at Centre Director level.
- A strong leader with excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in interpreting trading data and identifying opportunities for asset enhancement.
