Marketing Manager - Manchester / £40k / Hybrid

Currently working with a fashion retailer who are seeking a Marketing Manager. You'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager and other teams to align marketing efforts.
• Contribute to PR efforts and explore potential brand partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management.
• Experience with ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Understanding of creative practices and attention to detail.
