Learning Support Assistant (Secondary SEN)
Location: Horsham
Salary: £21,020 - £22,000 per year (full pay over holidays)

We’re looking for lively, enthusiastic, and caring Learning Support Assistants to be a part of this welcoming team.
About the Role:
As an LSA, you’ll be supporting secondary students in a range of subjects, helping them stay focused, building their confidence, and guiding them toward their academic goals. Every day is unique, and you'll be engaging students in ways that build both their skills and their self-esteem.
Requirements:
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for supporting young people
• A driver’s license and reliable transport (due to limited public transport links)
