Here at GXO Sherburn a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Stock Administrator to join our Inventory Team.

You will be working on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, night shift, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work within either goods in, goods out, VLS, transhipment or any other function within the department to ensure the operation achieves the targeted daily and weekly KPI’s
  • Prepare and issue orders for picking, identify and discuss any operational problems
  • Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, the site or relationship with the customer to the warehouse management team
  • Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel, experience of Red Prairie warehouse management systems advantageous
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Driven by continual improvement and high professional standards
  • Can do attitude and team spirit
