Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Senior Project Planner/ Planner to join a tier one maintenance contractor to manage and deliver diverse projects across the South Coast. This role covers refurbishments, extensions, and fit-outs, working from preconstruction through to project completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines and resources align with requirements.
Collaborate with preconstruction and project teams to create practical, achievable programmes.
Monitor progress, update schedules, and mitigate risks effectively.
Support tender submissions with logistics plans, sequencing diagrams, and commentary.
Mentor team members on planning tools and scheduling best practices.Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Primavera, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
Construction planning experience with a contractor.
Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills.
Relevant qualification in construction/engineering (HND or higher).
Full UK driving licence.
