Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse – Early Intervention
Band: 6
Location: Manchester
Duration: 3 months (strong potential for extension)
Schedule: Part-time (16 hours)

Pay Rate: £26 per hour

Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress, detect relapses, and adjust care plans to meet individual needs.

Collaborate with families, offering practical guidance and fostering a strong, caring network around the patient.
Prioritize Safety:
Carry out proactive risk assessments to create a secure and stable environment for recovery.
About You:

Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Experience: A background in community mental health nursing.
