About the Role
We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a growing audit team in Northampton. This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid and flexible working options tailored to your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and apply your technical and commercial expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
Manage a diverse client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering strong client relationships.
Lead and complete audit assignments, managing teams, budgets, billing, and client satisfaction.
Support business development through proposals, tenders, and the identification of new opportunities.
Contribute to team management, improve audit procedures, and support broader compliance initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in practice.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality audits.
A self-starter with a commercial mindset and a strong aptitude for business development.
