Job Description
Are you passionate about developing Early Careers? Our client, a market leading organisation based in Sussex, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Specialist to join their team, working on a part time basis across 4 days ideally. This is an exciting opportunity to drive talent and shape the future of their early careers programmes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead the Early Careers strategy, working closely with the senior management teams to ensure the right talent pipelines are in place for future success.
Manage end-to-end processes for annual programmes, including attraction, recruitment, and development of graduates, year in industry, and apprentices.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure the successful implementation of the programme and provide upskilling and support.
Create and develop the Employer Branding of Early Careers, fostering engagement and connection with alumni.
Analyse and report on programme performance, using data and evidence to drive improvement and evolution.
Monitor the performance of all Early Careers individuals, providing coaching and development support as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, continuously looking for ways to enhance delivery, efficiency, and employee experience.
Advise key stakeholders on people-related topics related to the Early Careers population.The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience managing and developing early careers programmes, including end-to-end management from Talent Acquisition to programme delivery.
Proven proficiency in running Early Careers schemes.
CIPD qualifications would be beneficial.
Experience adapting to continuously changing and evolving environments.
