Job Description

The Senior Estimator's Role
As Senior Estimator, you will manage all aspects of the estimating process, including preparing detailed Bills of Quantities and providing early-stage cost advice. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and lead on cost-effective recommendations, overseeing high-profile projects from start to finish.
This role also includes mentoring junior estimators and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
The Senior Estimator
The ideal Senior Estimator will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
10+ years of experience on large projects (preferably over US$50 million), ideally in the Caribbean.
MRICS or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong understanding of the construction process and cost controls.
Familiarity with the Cayman Islands construction market is advantageous.In Return?
