My client have an exciting role to join their team as an Ecommerce Manager.

My client are experiencing exhilarating growth and presenting a fantastic opportunity for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join their dynamic team. The are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the charge in enhancing the performance of their resale arm. In this role, you will oversee projects aimed at optimising their platform to drive sustained growth beyond traditional pathways. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Developers, Designers, and Head of Commercial, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the business.
The Details:
Location - Whiteley
Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays!)
Their mission is to provide a fast, simple, and reliable service, giving the customer the confidence to keep coming back.
Your role will involve (but is not limited to):
* Maintain and refine profitable trading activity through analytics, process changes, deploying new metrics and team development
* Effective communication of commercial performance and relevant metrics to appropriate stakeholder
* Support the Head of Commercial to oversee and progress projects relating to commercial performance
* Lead and develop the skillset of the trading specialist team
* Analyse and forecast commercial activity including seasonal depreciation projection
* Co-ordinate marketing activity with the Marketing Manager
We are looking for someone who:
* Has at least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Has at least 2 years experience growing a B2C ecommerce store
* Has knowledge of ecommerce practices and strategies
* Has a strong knowledge of online marketing basics (SEO, PPC, social strategies)
* Has a strong knowledge of ecommerce analytics tools (GA4, Mouseflow, Semrush)
* Has a clear understanding of financial measures of performance
* Is self-motivated and committed to drive performance and growth
* Strong Excel skills, in particular Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
* Works collaboratively with other leaders to achieve the business objectives
* Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can adapt to the changing business requirements
