Job Description
Are you looking for a new challenge as we head towards year end?
This specialist contractor, part of a larger civil engineering group, is enjoying a run of recent project wins as we head into 2025. As a result, they need to strengthen their Operations team.
* Project Manager - Cut & Carve, Enabling Works, top down demolition
* Projects in central London only
* £80k to £90k plus package (DOE)
They focus on inner London (largely zone 1) projects, often in challenging locations and all with complex scopes of work. They work as both a subcontractor and principal contractor.
Scope tends to be: Cut & Carve, structural demolition, strip outs, asbestos removal, facade retention, temp works etc with project values ranging from £5m to £25m.
Ideally you'll have:
1. Track record on London cut & carve/structural demolition projects
2. Experience running projects £5m + as a number one PM
