Electrician - Maintenance

We are seeking skilled Electricians to operate within our friendly, supportive and multi-skilled technical team to undertake planned maintenance, installation, alteration and repair work in a commercial and domestic setting in the heart of York.
Your Requirements

Craft trade apprentice, trained to City and Guilds Level in the core trade or equivalent qualifications or experience. For example, C&G 2381, 18th edition, C&G 2391 (or equivalent)Full UK Driving licenceKnowledge of relevant safety regulations & procedures, for example COSHH and risk assessment and understanding of Electricity at work regulationsDemonstrable building services experience obtained within a building service environment and knowledge and ability to implement practical techniques used in relevant work areaExtensive experience of health and safety risk management techniques which are applicable to an estates function.Ability to assess non-routine problems by suggesting solutionsFlexible approach to workload and hours in order to meet changing needs or circumstancesEvidence of upholding our behaviours as detailed within the accompanying person specification.What you'll get in return
