PPA Teacher: January Start - ongoing to end of the academic year.
Location: Hillingdon - PPA Teacher
Full Time and Part Time for this PPA Teacher role
Salary: £36,413 - £48,532
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PPA Teacher to join our school in Hillingdon. As a PPA teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring our students receive the best possible learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher, or a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) who is looking for a varied and supportive teaching environment.
As a PPA Teacher you will be required to:
PPA Cover: Provide high-quality teaching across different subjects for children in KS1 and KS2 while class teachers are given time for planning, preparation, and assessment.
Flexibility: You will be teaching a range of subjects and will have the opportunity to develop your skills across different age groups and curricula.
Curriculum Delivery: Ensure engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons that support the learning needs of all pupils.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and high standards across the school.
Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.The ideal candidate for a PPA Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in Teaching across KS1 or KS2 is desirable, but not essential.
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of children.
Enthusiasm for working with children and making learning exciting and accessible.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Next steps:
